- Use of an offensive Handle (nick name) is not allowed.
- Profanity; gender, sexual-preference, religious, ethnic slurs; or unwelcome overtures of any kind to other chatters will not be tolerated. The friendly attitude in the chat rooms will not be compromised. If you are being rude to other chatters, you may find yourself kicked out of the room and you may not be allowed to return.
These chat rooms are meant to be places of civility, decency and enlightened cordial conversation. Unfortunately, some will ignore this notion, you need not be among them. You may report abusers by sending E-Mail to webmaster@searchking.com.
- Harassing other users, including impersonation of other users will not be tolerated. Handles that impersonate will be blocked.
- Impersonating of SearchKing or SearchKing employees, representatives, or hosts is strictly forbidden.
- Discussing obscene topics or harassing others in the "lobby", as defined, is prohibited.
NOTE: Each individual chat room is owned and operated by SearchKing Portal Partners and may have rules that are more strict or less strict. SearchKing hold no responsibility for the individual chat rooms operated by Portal Partners and shall be held harmless for those topics and activities thereof. If there is a problem or question regarding any other chat other than the rooms operated directly by SearchKing, you MUST contact that chat room administrator.- Our chat is considered to be "G-rated" and thus is open to anyone wishing to chat over the age of 18.
- Soliciting of any kind is prohibited.
- Posting adult or pornographic pictures in a public forum, as defined, is prohibited.
- Abuse of HTML, including but not limited to: repeatedly sending very long messages, leaving tags open (such as blink tags, color tags) so that text is unreadable to other users, or any malicious hacking that makes it difficult to read the screen, is not acceptable.

- In these Rules (and Terms):
"public forum or lobby" means any area that a person is permitted to access in the SearchKing operated chat rooms and also means the posting or displaying of any material in any Chat Room Public Messages; or unsolicited material or displaying in any Private Messages area, under the care and/or control of the SearchKing; "material" means text coding; Hyper text markup language (HTML), whatever, version or type; images of any type; Java coding; JavaScript; and Universal Reference Location (URLs), whether the use of which is permitted or not by SearchKing.NOTE: As required by law, SearchKing keeps and monitor's logs of all chats conducted on any chat site within the chat network. This includes private message chats. Any dialog considered to be inappropriate will be reported to the proper authorities and/or that person or persons will be barred from the chat network.

- You use the SearchKing chat at your own risk. SearchKing chat, thus SearchKing, Inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressly or implicitly . SearchKing makes no warranties that it will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. We cannot guarantee the accountability or reliability of any information obtained through SearchKing chat, or ANY of its Portal Partner's chat rooms.
- Text, transmitted on or through the SearchKing Chat may be subject to proprietary rights (such as patents, trademarks or copyrights); in that case, you may need express authorization from the holder of those rights to distribute that content on SearchKing chat. By submitting Content to any part of The SearchKing chat, you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- SearchKing, Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, transmit and display such Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.
- To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, SearchKing, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use The SearchKing Chat. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of SearchKing Chat is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results in the download of such data content.
Please note that offenders may be permanently barred from SearchKing Chat in order to protect our chatters. Please think about it before you sign in....
